Co-Lab Hakuba Summit 2026 is an 11-day co-creation summit for digital nomads in Hakuba, Japan. Come work with the Northern Alps in full autumn color right outside the window. Overview Dates: October 22 – November 1, 2026 Location: Hakuba Village & Northern Alps area, Nagano, Japan Focus: Coworking, outdoor adventures, wellness, and co-creation with the local community. Schedule Highlights Oct 22–23 · Arrive: Check-in, welcome walk and dinner, a bonfire, an alpine foliage trek at Happo-one, and a nomad talk night Oct 24–25 · Summit: Orientation, field visits and interviews with local businesses, then the Co-Lab Hakuba Summit at Norway Village on Oct 25, followed by the after party Oct 26–31 · Play & craft: Sports day, downhill mountain biking at Iwatake, a hot air balloon ride, stargazing, onsen hopping, and the Closing & Halloween Party Nov 1 · Farewell: Recovery sauna, farewell brunch, and departures Coworking is open 08:00–22:00 every day — come for the two summit days, or stay the full 11.
